We are a nonprofit medical clinic providing sexual health and harm reduction services across central Texas. Our staff and medical providers are experts in the field, with decades of experience in providing cutting-edge treatment and prevention care.
At NS3 Health, we believe you’re the expert on your own life. Our role is to offer support and resources, not rules. We approach sexuality with openness and curiosity, not judgment. However you show up, whatever your story, you’ll be met with respect and zero shame.

STI Testing and Treatment
Confidential and Comprehensive Care
We offer discreet and thorough testing for a wide range of sexually transmitted infections, along with personalized treatment plans to address individual needs. Your sexual well-being is our priority.
PrEP
Medication to prevent HIV (before an exposure)
PrEP is over 99% effective at preventing HIV! Available as a pill or an injection, PrEP is appropriate for people of any sexual orientation, gender identity or race. It does not interact with alcohol or recreational drugs, and does not interact with hormones. PrEP may not be for everyone, but everyone should consider it!
PEP
Medication to prevent HIV (after an exposure)
If you are not taking PrEP and you experience a potential exposure to HIV, PEP may be an option for you to protect yourself. For example, if a condom breaks, if you have been sexually assaulted, or if you had condomless sex and are unsure of the status of your partner. In situations like these, PEP has a high probability of preventing a HIV infection. Treatment should start as soon as possible and within 72 hours at the latest.
STI PEP/Doxy PEP
Medicine to prevent bacterial STIs
Recent research shows that doxycycline, taken within 72 hours of condomless sex, reduces the chance of getting chlamydia or syphilis by over 70%, and the chance of getting gonorrhea by about 50%. Talk to an NS3 healthcare provider to see if this medication is a good fit for you.
HIV Care
Living Healthy with HIV
If you've tested positive for HIV, we're here to help. At NS3, we provide rapid access to HIV care. Starting treatment as soon as possible keeps your immune system healthy and reduces the risk of developing health conditions. People on HIV treatment with an undetectable virus level cannot pass HIV to others.

Harm Reduction
Free Safer Sex and Safer Use Supplies
Harm reduction is about providing people with the information and basic necessities (condoms, lube, naloxone, etc.) needed to stay alive and make informed decisions that protect their health. We advocate for the rights and dignity of people who use drugs and use evidence-based approaches to address potential harms.
Substance Use and Recovery Support
Identifying the right strategy for you
Substance use may negatively interact with our mental, physical, social, and sexual health. Sometimes we find that the way we use drugs no longer suits the life we want to live. Do you want to check in on your sex life, your risks or your substance use? We’re here to listen and assist, confidentially and without shame or judgement.
Medication Access and Insurance Navigation
Making sure you get the medicine you need
We don't just hand you a prescription, we make sure that the medication you need is delivered to you. Our specialists work with pharmacies, insurance providers, and patient assistance programs to overcome financial and/or administrative barriers.
